News Highlights:
50 years ago in March, 1960 just one month after Jack Cole joined Dr. Scribner's team, the Seattle Kidney physicians used a Scribner Shunt to begin chronic dialysis for Clyde Shields. This interview of Mr. Cole talks about the Seattle team include Dr. Scribner, Les Babb, Fred Boen and henry Tenckhoff as well as the early innovative dialysis technology used in the care of Clyde Shields and the other early dialysis patients.
