Mid Atlantic Renal Coalition

The Mid-Atlantic Renal Coalition (MARC), a nonprofit corporation, is one of 18 organizations serving as federal contractors for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services' (CMS) End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) Program.  MARC serves dialysis and transplant programs in Virginia and West Virginia, the metropolitan District of Columbia, and Maryland.  We provide quality oversight and education to 307 dialysis centers and 14 transplant centers, as well as the approximately 21,000 patients to whom they provide care.  Working closely with CMS, state health departments and quality improvement organizations, and dialysis and transplant facilities, MARC seeks to ensure the best quality of care for those living with Chronic Kidney Disease.
